Meditation

Taking out even 20 minutes to sit quietly and listen to a meditation will have a profound impact on how you’re feeling. Your stress levels will reduce and you’ll feel calm and in control.

Help, I can’t meditate!

Don’t worry if your mind wanders, just acknowledge those thoughts and push them away as you listen. By giving yourself permission to stop, your mind will relax and your creativity increase. The more you practice, the easier it becomes. Give yourself permission to do nothing and enjoy!
